When we teach Astronomical Observing from a Biblical View, the disciplines include setting up an observing sheet, recording what is seen, and a final step that requires some thinking: evaluating what has been done with a Biblical view in mind, i.e., the scene is not an accident but created and placed for discovery and observation. We give examples and show, but in the end the student or teacher has to do it for themselves.

In this case, I went one step further….I observe, give it some thought, observe again, give it some thought, put the 2 observations together, pray about it, then write a short story and lesson that links both observations. Even so, the observations, at first glance, are entirely different. It is a wonder to observe things, but when God enters the picture and suggests something to think about, it gets down right exciting.
